Singapore 5-Day Fitzmaurice Voicework® Workshop

This 5-day intensive will explore the fundamental aspects of Fitzmaurice Voicework® and venture into applications of the work. The workshop will be taught by a group of experienced artists and teachers of Fitzmaurice Voicework, namely Dr. Budi Miller,Noah Drew, Janice Koh, Matthew Greenberg and Petrina Kow. This provides you with rich opportunities to experience a variety of perspectives on the work. We welcome participants who are familiar with our work as well as those beginning with Fitzmaurice Voicework.

This workshop satisfies the prerequisite for Teacher Certification in Fitzmaurice Voicework.

STRUCTURE OF TRAINING

Day 1: Basic Destructuring® techniques of Fitzmaurice Voicework® to explore a free range of breathing and voice.

Day 2: Transitioning from Destructuring® into basic Restructuring® techniques to practice breath management and focused intention.

Day 3: Application/exploration of Destructuring® and Restructuring to work with text.

Day 4: Application/exploration of Destructuring® and Restructuring® with speech and articulation.

Day 5: Application/exploration of Destructuring® and Restructuring with singing.
